Harold A. Phillips Scholarship Endowment

This scholarship is intended for full or part-time students majoring in Business Administration. Incoming students with an 85 minimum average or continuing students with a minimum 2.5 Grade Point Average will be considered. The scholarship winner is chosen by Financial Aid. Established in memory of Harold A. “Hal” Phillips, a former CNY banker and Onondaga Community College faculty member who taught courses in banking through the Business Administration program.
