Syracuse Mets Copa de la Diversión Scholarship

This award was established in 2023 by the Syracuse Mets to be given out preferably to those identifying as Hispanic. A $500 scholarship will be awarded to one full-time or part-time, matriculated student in the spring semester and in the fall semester each year. This award is to defray any/all education-related expenses. The student must be matriculated, and be a resident of Onondaga, Cayuga, Cortland, Madison or Oswego, with preference given to Onondaga County residents. The student must demonstrate financial need, The student must explain how they intend to use their education at OCC to impact their community. The scholarship is available for 2 students per academic year. One student in the fall and one student in the spring.
