Established by Data Key Communications to help empower those living in a world impacted by domestic violence to live safe, self-sufficient lives through higher education at Onondaga Community College. For incoming freshman entering OCC directly from High School in Onondaga County. The scholarship will cover tuition and on campus housing and it’s renewable for a second year.
