Bettie Mann Stevens Scholarship Endowment

This scholarship is open to all incoming or continuing, full or part-time students, with a minimum 2.0 Grade Point Average. The scholarship winner will be chosen by Financial Aid. The scholarship is renewable. Established by Dennis J. O’Connor, a 1971 Onondaga Community College graduate of the General Studies Program, in memory of his mother, Bettie Mann Stevens, a huge proponent of higher education.
