Library Research Award
Interested students should discuss submission of papers with the faculty member who made the assignment. Any member of the OCC faculty may submit student research papers, after obtaining the student’s permission to do so. Submission must come from a faculty member, not the student alone. Faculty should include with the paper, a cover sheet indicating the student’s name, faculty member’s name, the course and section number, and a copy of the specific assignment that resulted in the paper. Papers and cover sheets should be submitted to the Chair of the Library, on or before May 1. This award was established at the recommendation of Dr. Joseph Bulmer, interim president at the time, who approached the Foundation to secure funding.
