John & Edna Fooks Scholarship Endowment

Applicants must be full-time in the Photography Program and have completed one semester at OCC or have at least 15 credit hours with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Established in memory of Edna Fooks and her husband, John, a popular photographer known throughout Syracuse and the “Valley”. The scholarship winner is chosen by Financial Aid.
